These terms describe how you may use WiFi Weave. By creating an account you accept them. For enterprise deployments, supplement with your organization's master services agreement where required.

Who we are
WiFi Weave is operated by Synergexic Technologies, whose registered and operational office is Ground Floor, SY. NO. 11, WeWork Krishe Emerald, Laxmi Cyber City, Kondapur Main Road, Whitefields, Kondapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081, India. "We", "us" and "our" in these terms refer to that company; "you" refers to the person or organization creating an account. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
Accounts, plans and cancellation
You must give accurate account details and keep your password private. The free plan is provided as-is with the limits shown at signup. Paid plans are billed through PayPal in advance for each period; you cancel by cancelling the subscription in your PayPal account, after which the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for and the account then moves to the free plan automatically. Your floor plans are kept.
Communications
We send service messages about your account (verification, password resets, invoices, subscription notices). We may also send occasional tips and plan updates; every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and opting out never affects service messages.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful WiFi planning and related professional purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities beyond coordinated disclosure, or misuse shared credentials.
Your content
You retain rights to floor plans and data you upload. You grant WiFi Weave the rights needed to host, process, and display that content to provide the product. See Privacy & data for categories stored and retention expectations.
Disclaimer
RF predictions and auto-planner output are planning aids, not guarantees of field performance. Validate designs with site surveys and vendor guidance before deployment.
